1. Returns and Cancellations ℹ️
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day the goods are received.
If you choose to cancel, you must return the item at your own cost. Should you exercise your right to cancel, we will process a refund within 30 days of the cancellation date. If we have not received the item, or if you request us to collect it, we reserve the right to deduct the collection cost from your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. If the product was offered with free delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the appropriate delivery charge before issuing the refund.
You must notify us in advance of your intention to return an item using our contact form, stating the reason for the return. 🔄
2. Prices & VAT 💸🌍
All prices on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT at 20%.
3. Payment 💳
Secure payment can be made using the following methods:
- MasterCard / Visa / Switch / Solo / Delta
- Cheque / Postal Order (Payable to CAMPING-ONLINE.CO.UK. Ensure all details are correct, including a valid bank card number, expiry date, full name, address, and telephone number clearly printed on the reverse.)
We strongly advise against sending cash through the post, as CAMPING-ONLINE.CO.UK will not be held responsible for any losses. ⚠️
4. Guarantee ✔️
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault occurs within this period, we will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced after inspection. Any delivery charges incurred will be refunded after inspection.
5. Availability ⏳
We aim to keep all items in stock; however, in the event of unexpected demand, there may be delays. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you with an advice note attached to your invoice. If supply issues arise, we may provide a substitute of equal or higher quality at no extra cost.
6. Part Delivery / Damaged Goods 🛠️🛈
We take great care to ensure that all goods arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive damaged or faulty goods, or if any items are missing, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Any missing items will be stated on your invoice if out of stock.
If any items are not intended for immediate use, we advise you to inspect them upon receipt. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we do not accept responsibility for any additional costs due to late or incomplete deliveries.
7. Returns Procedure 📦
All returned goods must be clearly labeled and include full documentation stating the reason for return. You must notify us before returning any item; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Upon receipt, we will examine the goods for damage:
- If the fault is obvious and inherent, we will process a refund, repair, or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
- If further inspection is required, we may send the item to the supplier for testing. This process may take up to 4 weeks, particularly for electrical or gas appliances and tents.
- If the item is found to be faulty:
- We will issue a full refund, including return costs, or
- Provide a replacement and refund return costs, or
- Repair the item and return it to you at no additional charge.
- If the fault is due to misuse, wear and tear, or damage sustained after purchase, we will offer to repair or return the item at your expense.
- If partial damage is determined, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
8. Statutory Rights 🔒📃
We strive for accuracy in pricing, product descriptions, and specifications. However, we do not accept responsibility for errors or omissions. ⚠️
9. WEEE Regulations 🌍
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law, requiring producers to fund the collection, treatment, and recycling of waste electrical equipment.
CAMPING-ONLINE LTD complies with WEEE regulations by offering free take-back of WEEE items on a like-for-like basis when purchasing a new electrical or electronic product from us.
For example, if you purchase a new toaster from us, you may return your old toaster for proper disposal. Customers must return WEEE items within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
