1.1 Kg x Green Polyurethane One Shot Adhesive in Squeeze Bottle.
2525 is a Caravan & Motorhome Floor delamination one part moisture curing polyurethane adhesive developed to meet exacting industrial standards in a new climate of environmental awareness.
The adhesive has been produced to give exceptional levels of adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.
This formulation is suitable for bonding many substrates such as steel, aluminium, polyurethane foam, wood, mineral wool, polystyrene foams, GRP, UPVC, and many plastic materials.
This product has found a wide scope of applications from the manufacture of portable buildings to architectural cladding and raised access flooring panels
Kit contains:
1 x 1.1kg One Shot Green Poly Bottle
30 x Wooden dowells 8mm x 30mm
1 x Pair latex gloves
1 x Syringe
1. Take up carpet, draw lines on floor to form 4″ squares.
2. Drill through top ply and foam, not through underside. Countersink holes to take dowels +Â Vacuum up the dust.
3. Put on protective gloves, Pump mixture into holes (with syringe optional).
4. Drop dowels (or screws) into the holes whilst the mixture is still wet, scrape surplus mixture level over floor.
5. Leave overnight and refit carpet.
