Riber Buoyancy Aids
The Riber Buoyancy Aids conform to the latest CE safety standards (ENO ISO 12402-5) and are an essential safety product for all water sports enthusiasts. Safety equipment is very important and we recommend that buoyancy aids are worn at all times by all paddlers, regardless of ability when out on the water. The Riber Buoyancy Aid has been designed with paddlers in mind so there is plenty of space under the arms for free movement. It has elasticated side panels to assist this also.
The Riber Buoyancy Aids include two chest pockets, one which contains a small waterproof mobile phone pouch. The other holds a whistle for gaining attention whilst in the water. It fits like a jacket with a zipper at the front. Additionally there are double waist buckles straps that are fully adjustable as well as adjustable shoulder straps. These shoulder straps have well located reflective strips for visibility.
We recommend that you size your Riber Buoyancy Aid so that its zips up snugly and then the straps are tightened to secure. You want to make sure that it will not be raised over your head if the shoulder straps are used to pull you out of the water.
